Welcome to jtpurpose.com (the "Site"), operated by James Thomas ("I", "me", "my").

By accessing or using the Site, or booking any coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

1. Services

I offer purpose coaching through interviews, goal-setting, and support sessions. Coaching is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Results are not guaranteed.

2. Bookings & Payments

Sessions are booked via direct contact or Calendly. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by me.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before a session (full fee otherwise). I reserve the right to cancel with reasonable notice.

4. Confidentiality

All discussions are confidential, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is provided in good faith. I am not liable for any loss, damage, or outcome resulting from the services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain my property. You may not reproduce or share without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
